Nexelle

Nexelle — the salon visit, scheduled.

Book your next cut, color, or facial in a few taps. Or run your salon from your phone: manage services, staff, appointments, and reminders all in one place. Nexelle is built for the four people who make a salon work — owners, stylists, receptionists, and clients — each with the screens they need and none of the noise they don't.

For clients
• Browse your salon's services with photos, durations, and prices
• Pick a stylist or let the salon assign one
• See morning and afternoon slots at a glance — earliest available is highlighted
• Book a single service or chain multiple in one visit
• Reschedule or cancel up to your salon's cutoff
• Get reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before your visit
• Message your stylist about the appointment

For stylists
• Daily schedule with quick status updates (completed, no-show)
• Book a walk-in client onto your own chair from the app
• See all upcoming and past appointments in one history
• Get a push when a new booking lands or changes
• Reply to client messages without leaving the app

For salon owners
• Set up services with photos, prices, and durations — start from common templates or build your own
• Add stylists and receptionists with role-based access
• See the day's chair plan across the whole salon
• Reports: daily revenue, top services, stylist load, no-show rate
• Invite clients with a code or QR
• Manage cancellation windows and the salon address from one screen

Everywhere
• Light and dark themes, in rose or slate
• Push notifications in English or Spanish
• Multi-salon support: if you work in or visit more than one salon, switch between them with a tap
• Sign in with email, Google, or Apple
• Account recovery via email code

Privacy and data
Nexelle collects only what's needed to run the bookings — your name, email, optional phone number, and the appointments you make or take. Photos owners upload for service images are stored in our database, never shared externally. Push tokens are removed when you sign out. Full policy at https://privacy.hueycolabs.com.
