**How it works**

The app presents an interactive user interface of the world map. Each country appears as a colored tile. The color isn't random — it's calculated from real-time news sentiment:

World News Map aggregates news from Google News. A sentiment analysis engine processes each article, scoring it on a positive-to-negative spectrum. These scores are averaged per country and mapped to the color system you see. The most frequent theme keyword becomes the displayed icon.

The map itself is smooth zooming, panning, and touch interaction. Everything is optimized for mobile — fast loading, responsive taps, and minimal data usage when refreshing news.
