About Matrack ProRepo

Matrack ProRepo is the field companion app for professional repossession and
asset-recovery drivers. It puts each driver's assigned GPS-tracked units in
one place — live location, history, and a guided recovery workflow — so units
are located, recovered, and returned to the dealership quickly and with a
clean record.

Built for authorized recovery agents working with Matrack GPS trackers, the
app is role-gated: only Repo Driver, Repo Manager, and Recovery Team accounts
can sign in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Assigned Device List — see only the units assigned to you, with live status,
last known location, battery, and how many days remain on each assignment.

• Live Map — see every assigned unit on a map, tap a unit for its current
position, and get turn-by-turn directions to it.

• Location reports — Travel History (a day's drive/stop timeline with playback),
Stops, Trip summaries, and Frequent Locations, each with a searchable
date range. Export any report to CSV.

• Geofencing — create and edit circular or polygon geofences right from the
field, with address search.

• Alerts — get notified on geofence, speed, ignition on/off, tow, low battery,
and motion events. Configure alert settings and recipient contacts per unit
or sub-group.

• Tracking controls — switch a unit's ping schedule (1–3 pings/day up to
several per hour in Aggressive mode) and enable motion sensing on demand.

• Recovery workflow — a two-step, auditable process:
1) Mark as Recovered — records who recovered the unit and when, with notes
and condition photos.
2) Mark as Delivered — records the dealership the unit was delivered to
(with a smart suggestion of the unit's associated dealer).
Recovered and delivered units move into an Archive so your active list stays
focused on open assignments.
