The manifesto is built around eight key pillars:

44 COMMITMENTS WITH MEASURABLE TARGETS
Every commitment includes a baseline and a target, making it possible to measure progress over time.

Examples include:

• Increase the County Education Fund from KSh 200 million to KSh 400 million annually.
• Increase county scholarships from 1,000 to 3,000 students and expand TVET support from 4,000 to 7,000 students.
• Build 300 new ECDE classrooms, increasing the current 460 to 760, and support 2,000 ECDE teachers.
• Increase water coverage from 50% to 80%, with a target of 10 boreholes and 5 dams in every ward.
• Establish 250 county health facilities, alongside expanded support for mothers and babies.
• Increase graded roads from 2,000 km to 4,500 km and construct 100 km of strategic tarmac roads.

FROM CAMPAIGN TO ACCOUNTABILITY
The app is designed to serve citizens throughout the election journey and beyond.

During the campaign, it provides access to the manifesto and campaign diary. On 10 August 2027, it will mark Election Day. If elected, the app will evolve into a progress tracker, keeping every commitment alongside its target so citizens can continue to see what was promised and what has been delivered.
