About MamaMia Hemma
Mama Mia Hemma is an app where you can get help, support, advice and assessment via your mobile phone or other electronic device. You can submit a case 24 hours a day and we will respond within 24 hours on weekdays, excluding holidays. We help you with questions related to contraception, pregnancy, child health care and sexual health.
If you are registered at one of our midwifery clinics or BVC clinics, you can read articles and chat directly with your midwife or BVC nurse at the clinic.
In the app, you can, among other things, get advice on contraception, book an appointment at one of our clinics, register as pregnant or list your child at one of our BVCs. You identify yourself with BankID for secure access to the service.
