The fitness app always uses the latest data you've entered to make scientifically correct calculations to suit you, so you always get the right calorie count, BMI and more!

In the workout section you choose one of 7 fitness workouts, you train where you want without any equipment, but you can choose the equipment you have available, e.g. dumbbell, pull-up bar or dip bar, your training plan is automatically adjusted so that you can train anywhere and anytime, everyone trains at their own level! If an exercise is too difficult, simply select an easier variation until you master it.
