Promate

ProMate is the daily companion app for salon and spa staff working at a store on the Lokaci platform.

Instead of registers, paper leave forms, and asking your manager what you earned this month, ProMate puts it all in your pocket:

CHECK IN & OUT
Mark your attendance right from your phone. A quick selfie and your location confirm you're actually at your store when you clock in or out — no more manual attendance registers.

EARNINGS & INCENTIVES
See your salary, incentives, overtime, and monthly target progress clearly, in real time — no more waiting until payday to find out what you earned.

LEAVE REQUESTS
Apply for casual, sick, privilege, or unpaid leave in a few taps, and track every request's status — pending, approved, or rejected — without a single paper form.

ATTENDANCE HISTORY
A full calendar view of your presence, absences, late marks, and weekly offs for any month, so there's never a dispute about what actually happened.

STORE ANNOUNCEMENTS
Get notified the moment your store sends an update, or the moment your leave or overtime request is decided.

MULTIPLE LANGUAGES
Use ProMate in English, Hindi, Hinglish, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, and more — whichever you're most comfortable with.

GETTING STARTED
ProMate accounts are set up by your employer as part of their Lokaci workforce setup — you don't sign up on your own. Once your store has added you, log in with your registered phone number using a one-time code sent by SMS. No passwords to remember.

ProMate is built and operated by Lokaci Innovations & Technologies Private Limited, the company behind the Lokaci salon management platform. Questions? Reach us at [email protected].
