Cosmikk

Cosmikk(R) supports you with international coaches in your personal and professional development and offers you the unique opportunity to accompany you on a journey where you can unleash your full potential.

Our app helps you select the exact leadership coaches that best fit your needs and preferences.

Your coach will work with you to challenge your view of acute challenges and strengthen your resources. By working with our coaches, you will have the opportunity to effectively tap into your personal growth and development opportunities.

Your journey begins by answering four simple questions. After that, you can choose your coach, communicate with him or her and make appointments.

In addition, your coach will provide you with Leadership Nuggets between coaching sessions to help you reflect on your communication patterns, leadership behaviors and self-direction.

This allows you to work on your goals, reflect on your progress, and reach the next milestones in developing your full potential.

Our Cosmikk app helps you connect with your coach anywhere and instantly.
