About KVKDash
This app is a kind of address book for clinical contacts and other contact details that a KVK uses for their work.
Using a search, contact persons can be found quickly according to indication and specialty. Individual data records can be checked for content. The homepage of the specialist department can be opened via the web link. It is possible to select telephone numbers via the data records, to open the route to the address via a route planner or to send an email to a contact person.
The share function enables parts of selected data records to be sent to the questioner via Mailapp, WhatsApp etc.
Especially if you are not constantly in the home office, the app supports and makes it easier to answer inquiries quickly and easily.
The data is imported exclusively via a separate Excel table, which must be made available by a responsible person at the KVK. It is "not" used to create or edit address sets in the app.
The data is "not" hosted via a cloud or other external internet connections. If data records have to be updated, this can only be done by importing the Excel table again.
The app requires a "specific" Excel data table with a specific schema, which must first be requested. To do this, use the contact request in the app in the Settings area. It is "ONLY" made available to KVK employees.
