MarkAI ESS is the official employee self-service app for MarkAI staff —
putting your HR essentials in your pocket.

FEATURES

• Dashboard at a glance
Your contract and profile summary, this month's attendance, pending HR
tasks and important document expiry alerts the moment you open the app.

• Attendance
View your monthly timesheet day by day — punch times, shift, and whether
each day was present, absent, on leave, a week off or a holiday. Raise an
attendance regularization request for a day that needs correcting.

• Leaves
Check your leave balance by type, see your eligibility summary, browse
your leave calendar and history, and apply for leave from the app.

• Requests
Submit HR requests — leave, salary certificate and other letters,
passport, advance salary, reimbursement, pay slip, referral bonus,
attendance regularization, internal transfer and resignation — with the
extra details each type needs, and track their approval progress.

• Salary
View your salary breakdown and revisions for each contract, along with
your net pay and registered bank account.

• Posts
Follow internal announcements from across MarkAI, and share your own post
with images or attachments.

• Profile & Documents
Keep your personal and employment details at hand, view your CV, and
access your documents — passport, residence visa, Emirates ID, labour
card, insurance and more — with their expiry dates. Download your
employee ID card anytime.

• Notifications & Upcoming events
Stay up to date with HR announcements and approvals, and see colleagues'
birthdays and work anniversaries coming up.

• Policies, Contact & FAQs
Company policies, HR contact details and answers to common questions.

• Secure sign-in
Sign in with your Employee ID, with OTP-based password recovery if you
ever forget it, and change your password from Settings at any time.
