Carnet OSC

Mobile Notebook supports field agents in their missions, from preparation to reporting back to the office.

Designed for organizations that manage field activities (NGOs, projects, operational teams), Mobile Notebook is the companion to the web application Notebook. The office prepares missions; agents review them, complete them on-site, and then synchronize their feedback.

KEY FEATURES

• View your assigned activities
• Download an activity before departure for offline access
• Complete the checklist as you go
• Write and enhance field notes
• Add photos relevant to the mission
• View and share files related to the activity
• Synchronize checklists, notes, and photos as soon as the connection is restored

DESIGNED FOR THE FIELD

Mobile Notebook is designed for areas with limited or unreliable internet access. Download your activities while you're online, work on-site without relying on the network, and then send your changes when you regain a stable connection.

SECURITY AND ACCESS

The application is restricted to organizational accounts created or activated by an administrator. A 4-digit PIN facilitates daily unlocking after the first login.
