Look back on your year first: the wins worth celebrating, the things you left unfinished, and the challenges that held you back. Then picture where you want to be in five years, one life pillar at a time. Finally, turn that vision into concrete goals for this year and small daily habits that move you forward.

- Use Krese in English or Dutch, in light or dark mode

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
You can use Krese without an account. Sign in with Apple or Google only if you want your goals synced and backed up. You can delete your account from the app at any time.

Krese Pro adds daily reminders at a time you choose and supports an independent app with no ads. Pro is available monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your account settings.
