Takil: Events & Communities

What's happening this week in Kocaeli and Istanbul? Takıl brings together all concerts, festivals, theater plays, stand-up shows, community meetups, and workshops under one roof — and most importantly, lets you see who is attending before you go.

Other apps only list events; Takıl shows you who's going and helps you socialize in real life.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

• Explore on Map: See concerts, festivals, theater shows, stand-up comedy nights, coffee meetups, run clubs, and sports activities live on an interactive map.
• Join Clubs & Communities: Discover tech, cycling, outdoors & camping, book, arts & culture, and coffee clubs; or start your own community.
• See Who's Going: RSVP to events, browse attendee profiles, and share your "Why I'm Here" intent (make new friends, shared interests, concert buddy).
• Event Chat Rooms: Connect and make plans with fellow attendees in dedicated event group chats before stepping through the door.
• Event Passport & Memories: Collect events in your digital passport, save memory photos, rate venues, and leave reviews.

PRIVACY & SECURITY (GDPR & KVKK COMPLIANT)

• Hide your past events and meetup history from your profile at any time with a single tap.
• Zero ads, zero data selling. Your data is protected on secure servers.

WHAT TAKIL IS NOT

• Not social media clutter — no follower counts, like chasing, or endless doomscrolling.
• Not a dating app — no superficial matching; meet genuine people around shared interests at real events.
• Not a corporate career network.

Just real events, friendly communities, and real-life connections.
