Kitchen Thyme is a Shropshire based business offering bespoke culinary experiences. We immerse you in international cultures whilst teaching you how to cook authentic, fresh and delicious recipes of Cajun and Caribbean origin.

Sabrina Zeif is the founder of Kitchen Thyme and host of all events. Her colourful international background influences her unique style of cooking and culture.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Kitchen Thyme offers bespoke culinary experiences inspired by Cajun and Caribbean cuisines and cultures. We teach you how to cook exquisite, delicious and fresh homemade dishes bursting with unique flavour and authenticity. Our tailored experiences are unlike any other. Rooted in the celebration of life reflected in the Cajun and Caribbean cultures, our experiences follow this mantra. Expect to laugh, relax and truly enjoy whilst you learn the secrets of creating rich flavours of global cuisine.

MAKE & TASTE
This interactive session will teach you how to create flavours and prepare ingredients to delight the palate, whilst you taste dishes along the way. You’ll also learn the history behind Cajun-Caribbean cultures and cuisine whilst we’ll chop, stir and create a sizzle in a relaxed environment.

COURSES
Join us on a journey as we uncover the secrets of Cajun-Caribbean dishes influenced by global cuisine. You’ll gain an understanding of blending and infusing spices and herbs in true Cajun & Caribbean style, so you can recreate dishes in your own home using locally sourced ingredients.

SUPPER CLUB
Join us on a culinary journey as you enjoy feasting on a tasting menu that draws its influence from great Cajun-Caribbean cuisines. Start the evening with a glass of chilled Caribbean Rum Punch, and join your host to explore the origins, influences and cultural diversity of each dish.
