KELLANET is the mobile guide to the advisory services of KELLANET LIMITED, an independent technology consultancy based in Batheaston, Bath.

The app brings together what we do, how an engagement is structured and what each piece of work costs, so you can review it in your own time before speaking to anyone.

WHAT'S INSIDE

- An indicative fee calculator. Pick the services you are considering, adjust the size of your organisation and the number of systems in scope, then add priority scheduling or follow-up support to see an approximate range. It is a planning aid rather than a quotation: final fees are set out in a written proposal.

- Seasonal programmes offered at reduced rates while the schedule allows.

- The four-stage framework we work to — Discovery, Planning, Implementation guidance and Optimisation — with the activities covered at each stage.

- Answers to common questions about billing, our independent model, who leads a project and how long an engagement usually takes.

HOW WE WORK

We do not resell software and we do not accept commissions, referral fees or rebates from CRM, ERP or cloud providers, so recommendations follow your requirements and your budget. Advisory programmes, stack audits and migration plans are scoped with a fixed fee, an agreed delivery date and a written list of deliverables — no open-ended hourly billing.

Engagements are led by the consultant you speak with, covering cloud architecture, software selection, data structure and process automation. We can work alongside an in-house IT team or an existing managed service provider.
