About Boother - Artist Alley POS

Boother helps artists who share a booth at conventions, artist alleys, fairs, and other vendors keep track of sales, stock and pre-orders. When several people sell from one table, it keeps each person's money separate, so you always know who earned what.

SELLING
The sell screen is made for a busy table. Tap a product, pick a variation, add a discount if you need one, and record how the customer paid. If the venue Wi-Fi drops, sales are saved on your phone and sync once when you get back online, so nothing is counted twice.

SPLITTING EARNINGS
Each product belongs to one artist. When it sells, the money goes to that artist, no matter who sold it. You can sell each other's work without keeping a tally on paper. When the event ends, Boother shows what each person earned, any shared expenses and what everyone is owed.

STOCK
Assign products to a booth and the remaining count drops as you sell. You'll get low-stock and oversell warnings, but they never stop a sale from going through. You can also turn off stock tracking.

PRE-ORDERS
Publish a pre-order form and share the link. Customers open it in any browser, pick a pickup day, choose a variation and attach proof of payment. They don't need the app. Orders show up for you in Boother, and marking one Ready updates your stock.

FOR CONVENTIONS
Daily totals use your booth's own timezone. Each booth uses one currency, so numbers never get mixed together. You can track table fees and other expenses, and there's a practice booth to try everything before the doors open.
