🍯 From hive to jar, track from a single screen

Anyone who keeps bees or sells honey accumulates messy notebooks, WhatsApp messages, and memorized accounts: Who ordered how much? Who received a gift? How much harvest did I get this season? Did I pay my zakat (religious tax)?

My Honey Notebook brings all this tracking together in one place. You log in with your Google account; no registration form is needed. Your data is saved to the cloud; even if you change your phone or delete the app, your records won't be lost. Only you can see your own records.

HOW IT WORKS?

1. Log in with Google — no registration form, start with a single touch.
2. Enter your harvest — record the honey you harvested throughout the season, product by product.
3. Add an order — enter the customer, product, quantity, and price; mark it as a gift.
4. Deliver — the stock is automatically deducted when the order is delivered. 5. Track — Record the harvest tithe, get an Excel report at the end of the season.

HIGHLIGHTED FEATURES

📦 Stock Tracking
Up-to-date stock and reserved quantities at all times with harvest, season change, delivery, and zakat deductions.

🧾 Order Management
Pre-order, delivery, and payment status are tracked separately. You can undo incorrect entries.

👥 Customer Tracking
Start typing customer names, and it will automatically complete; the phone will fill up automatically. All orders and receivables of a customer from all seasons are on a single screen.

💰 Uncollected Receivables
See how much you are owed from whom on the summary screen, and send reminders with a single touch via WhatsApp.

🎁 Gift Support
Gift orders are not included in sales and accounts receivable, but are deducted from inventory. You also won't lose track of how much you gifted to whom.

🕌 Zakat Tracking
10% of the harvest is automatically calculated. Inventory from previous seasons is not included in zakat.

🔄 Season Transfer
When you open a new season, the remaining inventory is automatically transferred; your past seasons remain.

📈 Season Comparison

See this season's harvest, sales, and income side-by-side with the previous season.

📊 Excel Report

Export your inventory, order, harvest, and zakat data as a four-page Excel report.

💾 Backup and Restore

Download your data as a JSON file and restore it from the same file if needed. If you haven't backed up in more than 30 days, the app will warn you.

📡 Offline Viewing

Even without a connection, your last synchronized data opens as read-only. You can view your records in the field, in the mountains, or at the hive.
