I made this app for the theme of "Save the juniors of remote genelations."

App logo have two means, "Kyushu U" and, "cue of issue".


【What is permission from Kyushu U】


In the first place, I contacted various departments in order to obtain the official permission from the academic affairs and distribute it. As a result, they replied, "At our university, there has never been an example of an individual making an app related to a university, and there is no department that can submit official documents. Therefore, we cannot issue official permission." Please note that the reason which couldn't get the official approval is "there was no department to give the official approval to the app made by the student", but NOT "there was a problem in the app as a result of reviewing". This application is never collecting personal information. (For example, regarding the reading of student ID cards, personal information is stored only on your smartphone and will not be provided to the developer at all.)

After all, as a guarantee of reliability, we decided to obtain permission by checking each department's permission authority and permission items one by one. Below, we explain the permitted items and confirmation items.

Permission from the University Public Relations Office
・ Use of brand color (purple used in the app)
・ Use of the word "Kyushu University" (If comment that it is an unofficial app, you can use it for the app title)

General Affairs Office, Faculty of Engineering
・ As a university, there is no window that can issue official approval for personal apps.
