Can’t find a deed, court filing, property record, permit, certificate, or other public document? Post a request for free. Add names, addresses, parcel numbers, case or docket numbers, document numbers, dates, and any other details that can help. Your request remains open for 14 days, and you pay only if you choose to purchase a submitted document.

FULFILL REQUESTS. EARN ROYALTIES.
Eligible U.S.-based contributors can browse open requests, locate eligible public records, and upload complete documents. After review and approval, contributors can earn the displayed royalty when a document sells. Contributors must have the legal right to share each record and complete U.S. payout verification before uploading.

Search OCR-indexed listings by:
• Names and addresses
• Parcel and document numbers
• Case, docket, and filing numbers
• State, county, date, and document type

Common listings may include deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, probate filings, court records, property records, permits, certificates, and business filings.

REVIEW BEFORE YOU BUY
Check the page count, OCR-extracted metadata, contributor information, and protected page previews before purchase. Previews are blurred and watermarked so you can evaluate the listing without exposing the full document.

STAY INFORMED
Save searches by county or keyword and receive in-app alerts about matching uploads and requests. When someone fulfills your request, DocumentXchange lets you know. Purchased documents remain available in your library.
