Fab Shop Cone Layout generates precise flat-pattern layouts for sheet metal fabrication, right from your phone or tablet on the shop floor.
• Truncated cones — concentric or eccentric, by diameter/height/offset
• Square or rectangle to round transitions — 8-piece pattern (4 corner triangles + 4 conical side sectors)
• Oval to round transitions — single-piece pattern, with optional offset
• Pyramid transitions — square/rectangle to square/rectangle, any size change, with optional offset
• Inch/millimeter toggle on every calculator
• DXF export in R12 ASCII format, compatible with AutoCAD, Fusion 360, and most CNC burn table software — separate CUT and CONSTRUCTION layers, ready to nest and cut
