Echo Convo: Journal & Meetings

Echo Convo records your in-person meetings, writes the notes and pulls out the tasks, all on your phone. It reads the mood of your days, weeks and months, so you can see how you are doing. No account, no cloud and no subscription. You can also write or speak a Journal about anything you want to remember.

Put your phone on the table, tap record, and talk. Echo Convo transcribes the conversation live. When you stop, it writes a short summary, lists the key points and the action items, and tells you how the meeting felt overall. Your audio and your notes never leave your phone, and the app has no internet permission at all.

IN-PERSON MEETINGS
• Record a meeting in the room with your microphone. Name it, or let Echo Convo name it for you.
• Get a clear summary, the key points, the action items and the names that were mentioned.
• Send any action item to your to-do app, such as Google Tasks, or add it to your calendar.
• See the mood of the conversation as a whole, such as collaborative, calm or tense, at the top of every meeting and on your timeline.
• Long meetings are summarized in the background. Lock your phone and come back to finished notes.

MEETING REMINDERS
• Echo Convo can remind you to record when a meeting from your calendar is about to start. You choose which events to be reminded about.

VOICE JOURNAL
• Speak or type a journal entry: how your day went, something you want to remember, your wins and your setbacks. Echo Convo summarizes it, adds tags and shows the mood of your writing. You can pick your own mood, and yours always wins.

MOOD TRENDS
• See a gentle daily read of how your entries and meetings felt, with week and month views in Pro.
• Optionally add Health Connect sleep, steps and exercise, or how busy your calendar was. Each one is off by default and asks for its own permission.
• Echo Convo describes patterns in what you recorded. It does not diagnose anything and it is not medical advice.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Transcription, summaries and moods are created on your phone.
• No account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
• Phones with Gemini Nano use it for summaries. Other phones use Echo Convo's own on-device model.
• Delete everything with one tap in Settings.

YOUR LANGUAGE, YOUR CHOICE
• Pick the language being spoken before you record. The list shows the languages your phone can transcribe.
• Choose the language of your summary, and summarize again in another language or with a different model. Languages other than English need Gemini Nano.

SIMPLE PRICING
Your first 30 entries are free. Echo Convo Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It adds unlimited entries, Online Meeting capture, week and month mood trends, export and custom summary styles.

IMPORTANT
Live transcription needs Android 12 or newer. Echo Convo records audio. Tell everyone before you record them, and follow the recording laws where you are. Summaries, tasks and moods are created automatically and can be less accurate, so please double-check anything that matters.
