À Deux Pas: Paris Events

Looking for something to do near you in Paris or Île-de-France, right now?

À Deux Pas helps you find selected events and activities that are starting soon, a few minutes from where you are. It is not a directory of everything happening: it focuses on timely, nearby ideas for going out in the Paris region.

IMPORTANT

• Coverage is currently limited to Paris and Île-de-France, France.
• The app is currently available in French only.
• It is most useful when you are in, or planning a visit to, the Paris region.

WHAT YOU CAN FIND

• Concerts, exhibitions, theatre, cinema and festivals
• Workshops, talks and literary events
• Family outings and activities for children
• Walks, sport and wellbeing
• Restaurants, nightlife and community events

HOW IT WORKS

• “En ce moment” shows what is starting in the next few hours near you
• Each event includes its start time and distance from your location
• Filter by category, free events or bookable activities
• Sort by relevance, distance or start time
• Save events you like and find them again in “À venir”
• Open directions in your preferred maps app with one tap

LOCATION, YOUR WAY

Use your GPS location, or simply enter an address in Île-de-France. Address search uses France’s public national address database, so you can search by street and number anywhere in the Paris region, not only central Paris.

Location access is optional. You can enter a place manually and use the app in the same way.

WORKS OFFLINE

The event catalogue is downloaded to your phone, so you can browse it on the metro, with limited data or without a connection. A complete offline mode can also download event details, around 2 MB, over Wi-Fi only.

PRIVACY

• No account, sign-up or password required
• Your location is never shared with advertisers
• Your saved events stay on your device
• When you search for an address, coordinates are sent to France’s public national address service to display the address

FREE TO USE

À Deux Pas is free and supported by advertising. Ads are limited and are never inserted into the event content you are reading.
