IntervalForge HIIT Timer

IntervalForge HIIT Timer gives every work and rest phase a clear visual rhythm. Configure a session in seconds, keep the active phase readable at a glance, and reuse interval presets without creating an account.

FAST INTERVAL SETUP
Choose get-ready time, work time, rest time, and the number of rounds. IntervalForge calculates the complete duration before you start, making it useful as a HIIT timer, Tabata timer, boxing round timer, circuit timer, or focus timer.

COLOR-CODED COUNTDOWN
Warmup appears in yellow, work in red, rest in green, and completion in cyan. A large circular countdown shows the remaining time, current round, and next phase. Pause, resume, skip, or reset from the active timer screen.

OPTIONAL PHASE CUES
Enable sound and vibration cues for phase changes. The screen stays awake during an active session so the countdown remains visible. IntervalForge is designed for on-screen timing and does not claim guaranteed background execution after Android stops the app process.

BUILT-IN AND CUSTOM PRESETS
Start with Classic Tabata, Boxing Rounds, Power Circuit, or Focus Blocks. Create additional presets with your own name and interval values, load them with one tap, and remove custom presets when they are no longer needed.

LOCAL SESSION HISTORY
Completed sessions are saved automatically on the device. Review total sessions, completed rounds, accumulated time, and recent session details. Clear the history without affecting saved presets.

PRIVATE, FOCUSED, AND OFFLINE
Timer settings, custom presets, and completed sessions stay in local app storage. No account, cloud sync, contacts, location, or fitness platform is required. Internet access is used by the advertising SDK when an ad is requested.
