A graduated alert system warns you before work ends and before rest ends, with distinct sounds so you're never caught off guard. For longer sessions, mute a single alert occurrence with one tap — without ever stopping the session — so you don't disturb people around you.

FULL CONTROL DURING YOUR SESSION
Switch color themes or adjust sound without ever pausing the session. An end-of-session summary recaps total duration, rep count, and cumulative work and rest time.
