HTS Site Visit is an internal mobile productivity tool designed to streamline and simplify the process of documenting site visits for Heyne Tillett Steel projects. This app enables our employees to efficiently capture essential data directly from the field and integrate it seamlessly with our company's internal SharePoint system.

Secure Corporate Login: Access the app using your official Heyne Tillett Steel Microsoft account, protected by mandatory 2-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Quick & Secure Re-entry: After initial login, use a personal PIN or your device's biometric authentication (fingerprint/face recognition) for convenient and secure access.

Comprehensive Image Management:
Easily capture new photos directly through the app during your site visit.
Select multiple existing images from your device's photo library.

Automatic EXIF Data Extraction: Essential EXIF metadata from your images, including precise geolocation (if available and permissions are granted), date, and time, is automatically processed.

Detailed Note-Taking: Attach specific, descriptive notes to each image to provide full context and comprehensive documentation for your records.

Internal Project Linking: Associate your site visit data (images, notes, EXIF) with the correct internal Heyne Tillett Steel project selected from an up-to-date list within the app.

Direct to SharePoint Upload: Securely upload all captured information – images, their EXIF data, and associated notes – directly to the designated company SharePoint site for centralized storage, team access, and record-keeping.
