About Intervenant
Intervenant is a private application for users authorized to receive, view, and process alerts transmitted via the Alerte Plus platform.
The application allows an organization, internal team, residence, company, community, or partner configured in Alerte Plus to better manage the follow-up of received reports.
With Intervenant, an authorized user can:
- view the alerts assigned to them;
- see the details of a report;
- access the location shared by the user when the alert was triggered;
- update the status of an alert;
- track the progress of the response;
- facilitate coordination with their team or organization.
Intervenant only works with authorized accounts. Access to the application is restricted to individuals or entities configured in the Alerte Plus platform.
