Troubleshooting guide... 1. Charge re for 1hour... 2. Insert SD card (wont connect otherwise)... 3. Goto re app info & clear data, clear cache... 4. Turn on bluetooth & disconnect anything connected. If re appearing in paired devices, unpair it... 5. Turn on wifi, disconnect anything connected & FORGET ALL SAVED... ...

Best buy I ever made. Ease of use. Underwater pics and vid of OUTSTANDING Quality. Why is this not more advertised? Gets me at the Airport everytime wanting to know what it is, then they love It!!!
have had great luck with the camera and the app. does not like Apple IOS and worked a lot better with my HTC one than my Note 8 but just performed flawlessly on a cruise trip to the Carribean. underwater, above water, wide angle, and with the fish eye touch up tool amazing.
