Location access is used locally on your device for proximity-related features. QuakeWatch does not explicitly send your device's GPS coordinates to its earthquake data service.

The app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertising and consent management. Advertising and consent-related data may be processed according to Google's policies and your choices.
