Holding Space is a community app for those navigating the complexities of pregnancy loss, infant loss, fertility struggles, life and parenting after loss.

Created by the Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre (PILSC), Holding Space is a warm, supportive place for connection—not clinical advice. Our app helps you connect with others who "get it" through shared lived experience, whether you’re grieving, processing, or simply seeking a space where you don’t have to explain yourself.

We believe in care without pressure, and support without expectations.

With Holding Space, you can:
- Join peer-led community chats focused on specific experiences
- View upcoming events, programs, and support groups from PILSC
- Connect with others navigating similar paths in a safe, moderated environment
- Access grief-aware resources on your own time, at your own pace
