The app also features contextual activity tracking, allowing you to annotate and report on a variety of metrics such as movement intensity, steps, cadence, distance traveled, and calories burned.

Astroskin also offers advanced sleep reports to better understand your sleep quality and optimize your rest.

The Astroskin App includes free fitness tests to get reports on important indicators that report essential health indicators like VO2 max, resting heart rate, and heart rate recovery. The App even reports Heart Rate Variability (HRV), a great indicator of stress and fatigue to avoid overtraining and injuries while maintaining your mental well-being in check.
