In this era, everyone has a mobile phone, almost everyone is accustomed to using various apps; Therefore, it is expected that this new follow-up system will be acceptable to the guardian. When information comes through the app, a qualified physician will be the first to respond, and this information will be entered into the EMR console, which is viewed by a neurosurgeon. Both the first responder and the neurosurgeon will provide the Guardian with the necessary instructions. Treatment will provide at the hospital as per the decision of a qualified neurosurgeon. The special innovation is the app's own communication system, which allows for better access to healthcare by establishing direct communication between guardians and doctors; other existing apps do not have this feature.
