HavaPersonel

HavaPersonel (HavaPer) is the HavaPersonel community app for those working in aviation, aspiring aviation professionals, aviation students, and aviation enthusiasts. Job postings, recruitment processes, shift schedules, communities, forums, news, and quizzes are all in one app.

A HOME PAGE TAILORED TO YOU
• Choose your status (candidate, student, employee, former employee, or enthusiast); the Home Page will be tailored to you. You can change this at any time from My Profile. • If you work in the industry, your Shifts, latest news, community, and local events will be at the top. • "For you": forum topics relevant to your status; topics you haven't read will appear first. • Notifications box for HavaPersonel announcements, interviews, and occasional short polls.

MY PROCESSES
• Track your recruitment processes yourself: company, position, application date, and stage. • Each stage remains with its date; see where your process is at a glance. • Add your personal notes. Only you can see these records.

JOB POSTINGS
• Aviation job postings published by HavaPersonel.
• "Go to application page" takes you to the actual job posting page; applications are not made through the app. • If you have applied, say "I applied"; the process will be added to My Processes. • Save job postings or hide job postings you are not interested in.

SHIFT SCHEDULE
• Save your shift schedule once; today, tomorrow, and your next day off will appear on the Homepage.
• See which days you worked in the monthly view; public holidays are on the calendar.
• Your employer's portal username or password is never required.

COMMUNITIES AND CLUBS
• Aviation communities and university clubs are in the app.
• Join a community, write in the chat, see announcements and upcoming events (date, time, location). • Select your province; announcements and events of communities in your province will appear on the Homepage. If you use your location, your location will only be translated on your phone. • Apply to create your own community. • Report inappropriate content with "Report" and block members you don't want.

FORUM
• Read sections, topics, and messages of the HavaPersonel forum in the app. • See new and active topics; if you are logged in, topics you haven't read will appear in bold. • Reply to topics from the app. Your reply will be publicly visible in the forum with your username; forum rules apply.

EXAMS AND ENGLISH LEVEL TEST
• Prepare with English, general knowledge, and aviation exams. • English Level Test: Determine your level with reading, listening, grammar, and vocabulary questions.
