About Bluetooth Terminal
π‘ Bluetooth Terminal: RFCOMM & SPP
A high-performance, developer-centric terminal designed for debugging, controlling, and monitoring Bluetooth Classic devices. Whether you are working with Arduino, ESP32, or industrial serial modems, this app provides the low-level serial communication tools you need.
π Supported Modules & Devices
Optimized for Bluetooth Classic (SPP / RFCOMM). Note: Not compatible with BLE at this time.
β’ ESP32
β’ HC-05, HC-06
β’ RN-41, RN-42 (BlueSMiRF)
β’ BTM-222
β’ other Serial-to-Bluetooth adapters and modems
π Dual Operational Modes
Unlike standard terminals, this app supports both sides of the connection:
RFCOMM Client Mode: Connect to any paired Bluetooth device using a specific Service UUID or Channel.
RFCOMM Server Mode: Turn your Android device into a listener. Start a server with a custom Service Name / UUID and wait for external clients to connect - perfect for phone-to-phone or PC-to-phone testing.
π Features
β’ Flexible Data Handling: Configure Text or Hexadecimal formats independently for the terminal screen and command input.
β’ Local Echo: Monitor your outgoing data directly in the terminal.
β’ Live Analytics: Integrated Rx/Tx byte counters to track data throughput.
β’ Highly Customizable: Adjustable font sizes and a clean, responsive UI.
Upgrade to Bluetooth Terminal Pro and get extras:
π Raw File Send: Select any file from your device to stream raw bytes content directly over the active connection.
β‘ Advanced Macro System (Automation)
Stop typing the same commands repeatedly. Create a fully custom control dashboard:
β’ βοΈ Sequential Execution: Assign an unlimited string of commands to a single button.
β’ β±οΈ Precision Timing: Insert delays in milliseconds or microseconds between commands.
β’ π Dynamic Interaction: Send text/hex, auto-fill fields, or trigger connection actions.
β’ πΎ Export & Share: Save configurations to JSON for backups or team collaboration.
π Roadmap
We are committed to improving this tool.
