Mineral Wellness

Step into 90 minutes of unhurried warmth, water, and stillness — a space designed to slow you down and let your body reset. Sweat it out in our infrared and traditional saunas, or surrender to the steam and ritual of the hammam. Float and unwind in the mineral pool, or take the plunge for a jolt of cold-water invigoration. Finish in the salt room, where the air itself does the work of easing you into calm. Move through each space at your own pace — there's no set order, just your 90 minutes to explore. Want to go deeper? Add our traditional mud scrub, a hands-on exfoliation ritual using Moroccan Ghassoul and French green clay, for an extra layer of renewal. Arrive a few minutes early to change, and allow around 10 minutes at the end of your session to change back before you head out. Changerooms are shared, so we ask guests to keep changeover time brief to keep things flowing smoothly for everyone.
