Hands Free Appointment Offline

You're in the middle of something. The dentist needs booking. The car's due for service. Your kid just reminded you about Thursday. And instead of stopping everything to unlock your phone, you just… say it.

Hands Free Appointment is the calendar app that listens. Speak the day, the time, and what it's for and it's saved. No typing. No losing your train of thought. Everything is processed right on your device, offline, so nothing leaves your phone and it works anywhere, even with no signal.

Whether you're a parent with both hands full, someone who forgets things the second they stop thinking about them, a tradesperson in the middle of a job, or just a person tired of their phone interrupting their life — this was made for you.

You don't need to be a professional to need a better way to stay organized. Your voice is already fast enough. Now your calendar can keep up.

Stay in your flow, not your settings:
• Speak the day, time, and title - the app fills it in and shows you a preview before saving.
• Not sure it heard you right? It shows exactly what didn't parse and suggests what to try instead.
• Set your default appointment length and reminder once — change them anytime in the preview if one event needs something different.
• Block days you're unavailable so nothing accidentally gets scheduled on your days off.
• Weekly and monthly views so you always know what's ahead.
• Syncs with Google Calendar — your schedule, in one place.
• Prefer tapping things in? Manual entry works too, no judgment.

Works offline. Keeps your data on your device. No cloud processing, no privacy compromise.
