Hafelah

Hafelah — smart and safe school transportation.

Hafelah connects parents, drivers, and schools in one app so every school
trip is visible, predictable, and safe.

FOR PARENTS
• Live bus tracking — follow your child's bus on the map in real time,
from the moment the trip starts until your child is home.
• Smart arrival alerts — get notified when the bus is approaching your
home, when your child is picked up, and when they are dropped off.
• Multiple children — manage all your children in one account, each with
their own school, class, and home address.
• Flexible addresses — update your child's pickup/drop-off location on
the map whenever you move or need a temporary change.
• Additional guardians — add other trusted parents or relatives who can
follow the trip and receive alerts.
• Emergency notices — receive urgent updates from the school instantly.

FOR DRIVERS
• Daily rounds — see morning and evening rounds with student lists,
photos, and stop order optimized by distance.
• One-tap trip flow — start the trip, mark students as picked up,
dropped off, or absent as you go.
• Automatic route sharing — while a trip is active, the bus position is
shared with parents and the school, even if the screen is off or you
switch to your navigation app. Sharing stops when the trip ends.

WHY FAMILIES TRUST HAFELAH
• Real-time visibility instead of phone calls and waiting at the door.
• Fewer missed pickups — everyone sees the same live picture.
• Verified accounts — sign-in is protected with phone number + OTP.
• Arabic and English, fully right-to-left friendly.

LOCATION USE
Hafelah uses location to show the bus and stops on the map. For drivers,
location is collected during active trips only — including in the
background — so parents can follow the bus and receive arrival alerts.
Background collection stops when the trip ends.
