GymPro: Gym Management App

GymPro is the app for gyms and fitness studios that run on GymPro, and for their members. One app, two experiences: gym owners and staff manage the gym, and members see everything about their own membership.

Your login is created by your gym. If your gym does not use GymPro yet, the owner can start at gympro.owlsey.com.

FOR GYM OWNERS AND STAFF
• Members and renewals: every member with their plan, days left, dues and history. See who expires this week and renew in a few taps.
• Attendance: live check-ins from biometric gate machines and QR codes, a monthly attendance view and punch history.
• Payments and GST bills: take payments, issue GST invoices and receipts, and see what is still due.
• Enquiries: log walk-ins and calls with a follow-up date so nobody is forgotten.
• Staff and salary: roles that show each person only what their job needs, staff attendance, salary and payslips.
• Workouts and diet: trainers assign workout and diet plans and track body measurements and BMI.
• Branches: run each branch on its own, while the owner sees them all.
• Lockers, supplement counter, offers and member messages, when your gym turns them on.
• New member joining by QR: show the joining QR at the front desk and the member fills in their own details.

FOR MEMBERS
• Your membership at a glance: plan, start and expiry date, days left, paid and due.
• Check in at the gate with your gym's QR code.
• Your workout and diet plans for each day.
• Bills and receipts, and online payment of your dues where your gym allows it.
• Attendance history, body measurements and progress.
• Gym timings, offers and notifications from your gym.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
• Fingerprint or face unlock uses your phone's own biometrics; GymPro never receives them.
• Location is used only at the moment you check in with a gym QR code, to confirm you are at the gym.
• Card and UPI details are entered on the payment gateway's own secure screen and are never stored by GymPro.
• You can ask for your account and data to be deleted from Settings > Delete account.
