Phone Down - Screen Time OS 27

Phone Down shows how you use your phone and helps you spend less time on it, in a clean OS 27 style with a Liquid Glass design.

SEE YOUR SCREEN TIME
• Your daily average and a weekly chart, right on the home screen
• Full Activity by week or by day, split into categories such as Social, Entertainment and Productivity
• The apps and categories you use most, with the time spent on each
• Pickups: how often you pick up your phone and which app you open first
• Notifications: how many notifications each app sends (optional)

SET APP LIMITS
• Give apps or whole categories a daily time
• Use the same time every day, or customize each day of the week
• Get a heads-up 5 minutes before the time runs out
• Pause Before Opening: a short pause shows how many times you have opened the app today

PLAN DOWNTIME
• Start Downtime now, or schedule it every day or on the days you pick
• During Downtime, only the apps you choose in Always Allowed can be opened
• Turn Downtime on or off from a Quick Settings tile

TIME'S UP SCREEN
• When a limit is reached or Downtime starts, a calm screen shows how long you used the app today and when it opens again
• Need a little more? Choose Just One More Minute, Give Me 15 More Minutes or No Limit for the Rest of Today

STAY ON TRACK
• Lock Settings with a passcode, pattern or biometrics so only you can change them
• A weekly report of your screen time
• Today's usage in a notification
• Choose the day your week starts

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your app usage stays on your phone. Phone Down needs no account, and it never reads or saves the content of your notifications.

PERMISSIONS
• Usage Access: to see which apps you use and for how long
• Display over other apps: to show the time's up screen when a limit is reached or during Downtime
• Notification Access (optional): to count how many notifications each app sends
• While a limit or Downtime is on, Phone Down keeps a small foreground service running so it can show the time's up screen on time
