WHO CAN ACCESS THE APP?
Only households that have been notified to download the mySELWYN Waste app and live in Selwyn District, or own/manage a residential property are able to register. If you have not received an invitation from Selwyn District Council and do not live in the area, then you will not be able to register for an account.
HOW DO I SET UP BIN NIGHT REMINDERS?
1. Download the mySELWYN Waste app.
2. Get started and ‘Set up your profile’ with your email and residential street address, then hit ‘Save my profile’.
3. Once saved, tap the ‘Reminders’ icon in the footer menu and edit your collection day reminders – you’re ready to go!
This version of the app is exclusively for residential customers and residential property owners in Selwyn District only.
For business and commercial customers, this app doesn’t currently support your needs.
