The Gourministeriet was started in 2019 by Dianna Brinch – food writer and recipe developer with a great love for everyday food with an edge, classic dishes and recipes that work. Today, the Gourministeriet has over 285,000 followers on Instagram and is among Denmark's most visited food universes.

The app has been developed with a focus on simple navigation, clarity and a calm visual expression, where the recipes are at the center.
