We are entering an era where Android is becoming more than just an operating system, it is becoming a sub system for other operating systems, and with some help with carpenter, we can bring some of our favorite icons to our desktop homescreens.

Carpenter is a powerful assistant for viewing, managing and manipulating icons from your favorite Icon Packs. With Carpenter, you can do the following...

-Preview icon packs before you apply them to your favorite Launcher and see how many of your apps are covered.
-Manage icon packs from Carpenter by viewing application information, sharing with friends, uninstalling them and previewing all the icons they have to offer.
-Save your favorite icon packs to your personal database
-Save and extract icons from your favortie icon pack and extract assets from Adaptive Icon Packs to craft your own icon.
-Craft your own icons with the assets and graphics on your device.
-View Adaptive Icons in their true nature and dynamically changing icon shapes on demand.
-Carpenter syncs up your database with all your other google devices.

Carpenter has many security features and logic in place to protect Icon Packs on Google Play from thiefs. This app was not designed to harvest icons to redistribute them but to allow users to have access to graphical content they purchased and use the content for other personal projects other than Icon Theming on android. Use your favorite icons for shortcuts on Windows11 or custom actions in Waydroid on Linux. Its not just about launcher apps anymore, its about your whole computing environment.

Carptenter is powered by Google's firebase for data management and will require you to log in to access all of its features. Refusing to log in will limit and downgrade the features of Carpenter. When access to the internet is limited, your feature access will also be limited. This ensures proper security of protected content.

Manually installed icon packs will not be allowed to be editied by carpenter.
Some Icon Packs are not supported by Carpenter at this time.
