Why AIRlert LIVE?

For twenty years, AIRlert sensors have earned their reputation in care homes, hospitals and family homes: sensing anywhere on the bed, under any mattress, installed by anyone in minutes. AIRlert LIVE is the next chapter — the same trusted sensing, now connected live to the people who care.

The Community Care Loop

At Frequency Precision we have always been dedicated to being inclusive, not exclusive. The AIRlert brand is built on adoption through ease and reliability — not on locking you into subscription costs or a single brand of sensor.

That's why AIRlert LIVE always has an entry level that is subscription-free, and why we built the Community Care Loop: professional carers, friends and family can all see a raised event and respond to it — each on their own platform, comparing notes in one shared picture. Contacts in the loop receive alerts and can respond without even installing this app. A WhatsApp message is enough to see the alert, call the location with one tap, and post what they've found for everyone else in the loop.

Works with the systems you already have

We support connection to telecare ARCs, cloud nurse call systems and smart home platforms — because monitoring should join up your care, not fence it off.

The AIRlert HUB

The HUB began as a wireless solution for nurse call points, reducing trip hazards in care homes and hospitals, with support for wireless wearables such as falls watches and call buttons — which we still provide today. It has grown from there:

Connects to call systems on internal networks (LAN) that cannot reach the cloud
Can be deployed as a standalone receiver on NHS systems, integrated directly with nurse call systems on the same network
Reports connection and battery status continuously, so the system can be trusted at scale

Open by design

The LIVE portal (live.airlert.co.uk) offers an OPEN-API to connect other cloud-based nurse call systems, passing through all or selected alerts, fully logged with connection and response status.

And it works the other way too: third-party sensors with an event API can be added as virtual hubs — VHUBs — so their events are ingested and logged on the AIRlert LIVE BOARD exactly like our own hardware. Your existing sensors are welcome in the loop.
