The Treasurer's Letter is the monthly magazine of the AFTE (French Association of Corporate Treasurers).

It publishes articles, analyses, interviews, and reports on topics related to treasury, financing, risk management, innovation, and more.
It is available only to subscribers.

It is distributed in print (by mail) to member companies and is also available for download online for subscribers.

Objectives and Role:

- To enable treasury professionals to stay informed about regulatory changes, market innovations, and best practices
- To serve as a leading industry intelligence resource: anticipating upcoming topics, understanding trends, and new tools
- To provide a platform for experts in the field (interviews, opinion pieces) to enrich discussions
- To contribute to strengthening the professionalization of the treasury function
- To serve as a professional communication tool for treasurers, particularly in their relationships with shareholders, creditors, and financial partners

Each issue may include:
- An editorial/opinion piece
- Analytical articles (market, regulations, technology)
- Interviews with stakeholders in finance, treasury, and risk management
- A thematic feature (e.g., foreign exchange risk management, alternative financing)
- Perspectives on operational practices
- News/Intelligence updates (legal, tax, standards)

For example, one article examined the role of the treasurer in mergers and acquisitions, highlighting The importance of their contribution to financial structuring, legal aspects, and foreign exchange.

Another topic addresses financial communication: the treasurer, custodian of complex information, is increasingly integrated into communication strategies with shareholders and creditors.
