FOF Rider — the official driver app for Foods on First delivery partners.

This app is exclusively for active delivery riders working with Foods on First. Sign in with the rider account provided to you by the operations team to receive, manage, and complete deliveries.

If you are a customer looking to order food, please use the Foods on First customer app or website at foodsonfirst.com — this app will not work without an authorized rider account.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH FOF RIDER

— Receive new delivery requests in real time
— View pickup and drop-off locations on an integrated map
— Get turn-by-turn navigation to restaurants and customers
— Update delivery status (picked up, en route, delivered)
— Track your shift earnings and completed deliveries
— View your delivery history and performance summary

HOW IT WORKS

1. Foods on First creates your rider account and shares your login credentials.
2. Sign in to the app and complete your rider profile.
3. Go online when you are ready to start a shift.
4. Accept incoming delivery requests assigned to you.
5. Follow the in-app navigation to pick up the order and deliver it to the customer.
6. Mark the delivery as complete and continue to the next one.

PERMISSIONS WE REQUEST AND WHY

— Location (precise, including background): Required to receive delivery assignments based on your location, navigate to pickup and drop-off points, and keep customers informed of delivery progress while the app is running in the background during an active shift.

— Notifications: Required to alert you of new delivery requests, customer messages, and shift updates.

— Phone: Used to call customers or restaurant contacts directly from the app when coordination is needed.

We only collect data while you are on an active shift, and stop collecting location data when you go offline. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

REQUIREMENTS

— An authorized FOF Rider account issued by Foods on First operations.
— An Android device with GPS and a stable internet connection.
— Permission to use precise location, including background access during shifts.
