FilterTube

FilterTube helps anyone to create a supervised viewing environment around online video content.

Create child profiles, protect settings with a PIN, and regulate what appears during managed viewing sessions using local, user-owned controls.

Key features:
• Child profiles with separate viewing rules
• PIN-protected parent controls
• Whitelist mode for approved content and channels
• Blocklists for channels, videos, keywords, comments and categories
• Filters based on duration, date, category and content settings
• Toggles to reduce distracting surfaces and unwanted recommendations
• Native phone and tablet controls for easier supervision
• Private device-to-device sync for profile and filter settings
• Backup and restore for your own rules and preferences
• Local-first filtering logic that stays under your control

FilterTube does not host or provide video content. It adds a parent-managed control layer around content surfaces you choose to access, helping families keep viewing rules consistent across devices.

Use FilterTube to build calmer, more intentional viewing sessions with clear boundaries, flexible whitelists, and practical filtering tools.
