Fetch: Delivery & Errands

Fetch sends a verified courier for anything that has to get from one place to another, in Paris and on the French Riviera. The price shows before you order, and you follow the run from pickup to handover.

FETCH
Anything that fits in a bag, by bike, up to 12 kg. Two addresses, one fixed price, from €8.90.

PURCHASE & FETCH
You give the list, the courier buys it, keeps the receipt and brings everything to your door. You pay the real receipt.

FETCH ASSIST
For when it is not a parcel but an errand: collect a file with your authorisation, stand in a queue, deal with a carrier, pack, ship within France or abroad. The fee is agreed up front, and you set the limit on what we may spend for you. Whatever is not spent comes back to you, against receipts.

FETCH XL
Furniture, appliances, boxes: a van with a driver, door to door, on the day and at the hour you choose.

THE PRICE, SHOWN FIRST
The price is worked out on the real route, from the published price list. You see all of it before you order.

LIVE TRACKING
Follow the courier on the map, message them in the app, and keep a photo from pickup and one from delivery with every run.

HOP, YOUR ASSISTANT
Tell Hop what you need: Hop picks the service and prepares the order for you.

TRUST, IN CONCRETE TERMS
Every courier is checked before their first run: identity document, self-employed registration, insurance. A person reviews every file. Customers are asked for none of that: an email address, a name and a phone number, and you can book. Service data is hosted in Paris and stays in the European Union.

The service runs in French and English.
