FarmBook: Shrimp Weigh Book

A shrimp weighing book for the person standing at the pond.

One tap records one basket. The app adds up the weight, multiplies by the price for the size, and shows the money instantly — no more arguing over numbers with the buyer.
No internet needed. No ads.

WEIGH FAST, WEIGH RIGHT
• Tap once to record a standard-weight basket; odd baskets take a quick − / +
• Or type the number shown on the scale, basket by basket
• Or record one total for a batch already weighed earlier
• The weighing grid is laid out in columns — one glance tells you which basket you are on
• Extra kg left after each haul is kept separately and merged into a basket when you choose — not one kilo is lost
• Track each seine haul: when a haul closes you see its baskets and kilos
• The screen stays awake while you weigh
• Read-aloud mode speaks each weight so your eyes stay on the scale (Pro)

MONEY CLEAR TO THE LAST DONG
• Record shrimp size, price per kg, deposits and payments — the balance due updates instantly
• Tare (basket weight) deducted properly, with the full calculation printed on the ticket so both sides can check right at the pond
• Send tickets by chat, or export as an image / PDF with a signature line
• Merge several sheets for the same buyer into one settlement
• Finalise a sheet straight from its card, without opening it

A DEBT BOOK PER BUYER
• Who still owes, on which sheets, for how long — open the app and see
• Call, message, or send a statement right from the app

THE WHOLE CROP IN ONE BOOK (Pro)
• Volume, revenue, sizes and prices by crop, by pond, by year
• Survival rate and days of culture once you enter the stocking quantity
• FCR from a single Total feed field — see which crop ate more
• The app spots two crops stocked days apart and offers to merge them
• Compare two crops side by side; watch price timing to plan your harvest
• Back up the whole book to an Excel file — switch phones without losing history

THREE LANGUAGES, THREE CURRENCIES
• Vietnamese, English and Thai — switch in Settings
• Currency symbol đ, ฿ or $ — only the symbol changes, every number stays exactly as recorded

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
Weighing, pricing and the ledger all work fully offline. Your book stays on your phone — no names, phone numbers, weights or money are sent anywhere; the app only sends a few anonymous usage milestones to improve it, and you can turn that off in Settings. Remember to back up regularly.
