About Ashmark: Hex Strategy

AXIOM took the world in one night. It runs what is left like an estate: it chips people and horses, plants its Lattice over the fields, and counts down to the Singularity. A few lantern knights still hold the last cities. You lead them: the Ashmark.

A TURN-BASED HEX STRATEGY WAR
Move your units across poisoned rivers, ash plains, dead forests and ruined cities. The ground matters: crags and ruins give cover, toxic water burns the living, and a sortie out of your own walls strikes harder. Band up to three soldiers of one kind into a single unit, march a column for days across the map, and send Salvagers to rebuild farms, mines and corrals.

AN ENEMY THAT LEARNS
AXIOM studies every blow you land. Lean on archers and it hardens its shells against ranged fire. Win with cavalry charges and it patches them out. It runs three patches at a time, so change your tactics and it is fixing the last war. Tear down one of its Nodes and its newest patch goes with it.

THE CAMPAIGN
Twelve levels in three acts. Reach the survivors of Ashford before the machines do, hold a city through the night, race the Sowers to a wreck field, bring a column of families across three rivers, burn back the Lattice, cut people free of the chip, stand against the Millstone, and tear down the last Node. Every level teaches a new training and keeps it for the next, and earns up to three stars.

THE OPEN WAR
When the campaign is done, play the whole war on a new map every time: both Nodes, every training and every machine AXIOM can compile.

TRAIN ON THEIR WRECKS
Fifteen trainings in five lanes: salvage, steel, horses, faith and signals. Your engineers learn from the machines you destroy. The strongest trainings put machine minds in your service, and machines drift from their oaths: push too far and they glitch, or go back to AXIOM.

LANTERN KNIGHTS AND WHITE MACHINES
Wardens behind shields cut from machine shells, gauss rangers, Destrier knights, Sworn Frames that chose your side, Siege Frames, Wingrigs and the Breaker. Against them: Cullers, Gamekeepers, Shearer packs, chipped herds, Winnowers and the Millstone. Every fight plays out on a split screen of painted art.

Act I is free. One purchase opens Acts II and III and the open war. No ads, and it plays offline.
