Health Monitor

This app lets you manually log your blood pressure reading and show it on the graph. It also provides you the ability to find trends in your blood pressure readings by presenting them in intuitive visualization. This way application can be used as a journal to keep track of your BP readings.

Note that this app DOES NOT measure blood pressure. Please use an FDA-approved blood pressure monitor (i.e., BP monitor) to measure BP reliably.
