⚙️ HOW IT WORKS

Odoo Community Discuss works with your organization's existing Odoo environment. Depending on your organization's setup, simply:

1. Enter your Odoo host URL
2. Select the applicable database
3. Sign in with your registered Odoo account

The app communicates with our Laravel-based API layer, which acts as an intermediary between the mobile app and the relevant Odoo services.

Your organization's Odoo environment remains the primary source for your account, conversations, messages, files, and other business information accessed through the app.



🔒 PRIVACY & DATA

We respect your privacy. Odoo Community Discuss does not use a separate third-party chat database to independently maintain your Odoo conversations. All information accessed through the app remains associated with your organization's Odoo environment.

The app may temporarily cache certain information on your device to improve performance and provide a smoother experience.

Firebase Cloud Messaging may be used to deliver push notifications. Supporting services may process the information necessary to provide authentication, communication, notifications, security, and app functionality.
